2. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
a. EXCHANGES
Exchanges will be made for the same product purchased in another size within 15 natural days from the delivery date. It is not possible to exchange one product for a different one.
To request an exchange, the customer must send an email to cs@manueladejuan.com indicating the reason for the exchange and the order number on the order confirmation. Once TRITEX RETAIL, S.L.U. confirms to the customer, via email, the possibility of making the exchange, the customer must send the product properly packaged for protection, using the original shoe or clothing box and placing its contents appropriately to avoid possible damage during transportation. The package must clearly indicate the sender and be sent to the delivery address provided by customer service.
The first exchange is FREE in SPAIN IBERIAN PENINSULA. For exchanges outside the peninsula, exchange costs are borne by the buyer. In the context of international purchases, when exchanging with TRITEX RETAIL, S.L.U, the customer is responsible for covering associated customs costs, which vary based on the shipment's weight. For shipments to countries outside the European Union, destination customs costs and other taxes are not included; the recipient must pay them. The company is not responsible for delays due to customs procedures or confiscations by local authorities.
TRITEX RETAIL, S.L.U. reserves the right to reject exchanges reported or sent outside the established deadlines, or for items that are not in the same condition as when they were sent.
If the requirements mentioned above are met, once the product to be exchanged is received and its condition is verified, TRITEX RETAIL, S.L.U. will send the customer an email confirming the acceptance of the exchange and proceed to send the new product at no additional cost, provided that the delivery is within the peninsula. For international shipments or outside the peninsula, the customer will assume additional shipping costs.
*Important note: Until we receive the items in our warehouse, they are the responsibility of the buyer. Customized items, as well as those made by express request of the customer or in pre-order (PREORDER), have no option for return or exchange.
b. RETURNS
The customer has a period of 14 natural days from the delivery date to make a return in accordance with current regulations.
To make a return, the customer must send an email to cs@manueladejuan.com indicating the reason for the return and the order number on the order confirmation. Once TRITEX RETAIL, S.L.U. confirms to the customer, via email, the possibility of making the return, the customer must send the product properly packaged for protection, using the original shoe or clothing box and placing its contents appropriately to avoid possible damage during transportation. TRITEX RETAIL, S.L.U. reserves the right to reject returns reported or sent outside the established deadlines, or for items that do not meet the return conditions or are not in the same condition as when they were sent.
If the requirements mentioned above are met, once the returned product is received and its condition is verified, TRITEX RETAIL, S.L.U. will send the customer an email confirming the acceptance of the return and will proceed to refund the PVP amount of the returned products. Shipping costs of the order will only be reimbursed in the case of defective or incorrect products.

3. REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a maximum of 10 days. TRITEX RETAIL, S.L.U does not refund international taxes that have been paid (if any).
4.DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Discounted items are not eligible for refunds. However, we value your satisfaction and, instead, will issue you a coupon code with credit equivalent to the original item prices. This way, you can use the credit towards future purchases on our platform. All return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order. We do not assume any responsibility for the return of items in case of loss or damage. Buyers are required to cover the return shipping cost and ensure that the items are new, unused, and come with all original tags and boxes. Once we receive your return, our customer service team will inspect the order before issuing the credit coupon. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customs duties, tariffs, and taxes are not included in the shipping fee or the item price. Foreign buyers may be subject to these charges as determined by their local government, and we are not responsible for these additional fees.
