Can I cancel my order?

Is it possible to exchange my order?
Yes, exchanges will be made for the same product purchased in another size within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. It is not possible to exchange a product for a different one.

How can I request the return of my order?

The shipping costs of the order will only be refunded in the case of defective or incorrect products.
